Welcome to Stitches n Burns — we're so glad you're here.
We're a small studio in Helena, Ohio where every piece is stitched, engraved, and finished by hand. Pull up a chair, stay a while, and let's make something that's unmistakably yours.
How it started.
Stitches N Burns started in 2018 with nothing more than a single-needle sewing machine and a love of making things by hand. Back then it was small projects, custom gifts, and learning one stitch at a time.
When the world slowed down in 2020, I spent the COVID era sewing masks for anyone who needed one — hundreds of them. That season taught me how much a handmade item can mean, and how much I loved producing something useful with my own two hands.
Since then, the bench has grown. I upgraded to a multi-needle embroidery machine, learned digitizing, and added laser engraving so I could mark wood, slate, leather, and apparel with the same care I put into every stitch. Today Stitches N Burns offers custom embroidery, laser engraving, and personalized pieces — all finished, inspected, and packed right here in the studio.
